About me

My name is Sofia Koci. Over the years, Sofia Kamaniakis has become part of my story, my connection to Crete, and my personal brand.

I feel most connected to western Crete, particularly the Chania region. It is here that friendships, lasting connections, and a deep sense of belonging have developed over the years, creating a place where I have consciously chosen to put down roots.

My work focuses on information services, individual consultations, discovering Crete, and authentic local products. I help people explore the island in a broader context — to understand its character, traditions, local environment, and places that often remain beyond the usual tourist routes.

I am drawn to the stories that help us better understand both the island and its people. Pride, independence, respect for tradition, and a strong connection to the land are qualities that remain deeply present in Crete today — values that resonate strongly with my own outlook on life and my appreciation for traditional cultures.

Alongside many years of experience in tourism, I also work with the Four Pillars of Destiny (Ba Zi) and topics related to personal balance and harmony. I believe that the environment in which we live, the people we meet, and the way we understand ourselves all influence the quality of our lives.
